What Is The Best Whey Protein : La Muscle Whey Protein 2.2kg Review

Updated on October 23, 2011

If you're looking to tone up and muscle you'll already know that you need to increase your protein intake. The easiest way to do this is to supplement your diet with a protein powder, but with so many on the market and also in an industry filled with hype it's hard to find a what is going to give you results. Here we're going to look at Whey Protein Supplement La Muscle's La Whey. I personally use this myself and took me a while to find something that mixed well, had a high protein intake per serving and not to mention tasted good, this tastes great. Don't fall in to the trap of buying your why protein based on the beef cake on the label, they are endorsed by the company as admitidly it is a very lucrative marketing tactic but unfortunately means you're out of pocket. A whey protein product needs to give you high quality protein and taste good so that it is easy to consume, thats it.

La Muscle Whey Review

As I previously said La Muscle's Whey Protein is the best tasting whey protein I have ever tasted. The consistency is a smooth easy to drink protein shake. When shaken in a regular mixing beaker there is very little to no clumping and, if you were to use a blender there would none. I could actually drink these as a regular drink as they are that nice. If it says chocolate on the tub then it tastes like chocolate, not like many other protein powders that the only thing to resemble chocolate flavour they have is the colour. This whey protein powder supplement is designed to increase lean muscle tissue so contains low carbs sugars and fat, this is great for people looking to build lean muscle tissue and lose weight. The downside to this product is the price it slightly above the average price for a 2.2kg whey protein powder but that being said it does warrant it's price due to the superior ingrediants ( resulting in no side effects )  but for that for those extra $ you're getting whopping 48g of protein per serving! Compare this to other well known protein powders.

Ingrediants:

Pros and Cons

Tastes Great

10 Available Flavours

Best consistency

Con's

Price - Out of  some peoples price range ( altohugh there is more protein per serving than cheaper products )

This whey protein powder gets a 9 out of 10. I would have given it 10 out of 10 but due to its price it is out of many peoples price range. La Muslce do, do discounts on bulk purchases and many of their products go hand in hand. To read more and see customer reviews click here.
